• 規劃導則 Planning Guidelines

  即墨區片區投資強度不低于330萬元/畝，銷售收入或營業收入不低于450萬元/畝，稅收不低于30萬元/畝，產業用地容積率不低于1.5；萊西市片區投資強度不低于300萬元/畝，銷售收入或營業收入不低于250萬元/畝，稅收不低于25萬元/畝，產業用地比例不低于70%。

  In the Jimo Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3.3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 4.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 300,000/mu, and the plot ratio of industrial land not less than 1.5. In the Laixi Area, the investment intensity will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the sales revenue or operating revenue not less than RMB 2.5 million/mu, the tax revenue not less than RMB 250,000/mu, and the proportion of industrial land not less than 70%.
