• 規劃導則 Planning Guidelines

  投資強度不低于500萬元/畝，達產后銷售收入或營業收入不低于300萬元/畝，稅收不低于40萬元/畝，產業用地比例不低于70%。

  The investment intensity will not be less than RMB 5 million/mu. Once the industry cluster reaches the design capacity, the sales revenue or operating revenue will not be less than RMB 3 million/mu, with the tax revenue not less than RMB 400,000/mu.
